I was on the Planning Commission for 3.5 years and chairman for 1.5 years. This is my third run for City Council. Each run I get better at this stuff. My only rule is that as a City Councilman I put Marathon Residents first. My "primary directive" is to serve residents as they see the issues. The Florida Keys Journal LLC does not submit your paperwork; you must report this as an in-kind contribution from the Florida Keys Journal LLC, POB 501833, Marathon, FL 33050-1833 in an amount of $500.00 total for all covered days, promos, design, and ads on the elections front page, 2012 elections web page, www.MarathonJournal.US front page, Journal index web page, and latest digests September, October, and November 2012.
